Chef For a Day: My girlfriend found this entry on a local radio personality's blog; he spent a day in our kitchen working with us for our Chef For a Day program, and that's me in the first picture! He was a good guy, and we had a lot of fun.
Happy Thanksgiving. Don't Poison Your Family.: Nils and Dave from the French Culinary Institute(my alma mater) have a wonderful blog where they do crazy things with food. Here they recap their franken-turkey... a little more than most people will be able to pull off at home, but worth the read.
